If your lures arrive damaged, incorrect, or you're simply not happy with them, email within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Because we ship internationally, you don't need to mail anything back: keep them, gift them, or pass them to a fishing buddy.
Please contact us before attempting any return; unauthorized returns cannot be processed. Limit of one keep-it refund per customer/address.
